Cancellation Policy
Little White Beach Cottage updates its cancellation policy regularly to accommodate changes to travel restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic or other events. The aim is to provide guests with peace of mind and flexibility when making or managing their reservations. Our cancellation policy is very strict but it is also very generous. In a nutshell, from the moment you book and pay the deposit, we turn down all other enquiries for the same dates. Only guests who cancel 14 days + prior to arrival qualify to Re-book.
Re-booking for Unable to Travel Guests
Guests who have made a booking but are unable to travel due to reasons such as ill health, work/family obligations, or any other personal circumstances, will have the opportunity to re-book and stay within 60 months of their original arrival date. Guests can re-book for the same dates next year or the following year, or any other available dates, excluding the period from 14th December to 7th January or during the months of April and July, which are our high season months. However, if the original booking was made for those excluded dates, re-booking for the same period is perfectly acceptable.
Travel Restrictions
If travel restrictions are implemented that prevent guests from reaching their destination, the same re-booking policy applies.
It is important to get in touch with Little White Beach Cottage when booking, changing, or rescheduling your reservation to confirm the terms and conditions and to make any necessary arrangements.
If you are unable to travel and fail to communicate with us, simply not showing up will result in no possibility of rescheduling at a later stages.
